Main rules

· This is a non-checking league.

· Waist high slap shots only.

· You’re responsible to have proper equipment to play.

LEAGUE PAYMENT

· Hockey payment for the season is due at the start of the season.

· The cost for the 2024 – 2025 season is $340

· No refunds will be made to suspended players, or thrown out players.

Games

· 3 minute warm-up. With 1 minute rest between the three 16 minute periods.

· If the losing team is down by 2 goal in the 3rd period. The last 3 minutes will be stop time.

· If the games ends in a tie. There will be a 3 min sudden death OT. If still tied at the end of OT. There will be 3 shooters per side shoot out. At the end of the shoot out if still tied game will end in a tie.

Subs:

· The fee for subs is $20.

· The team caption should notify Gary if they need a sub.

MINOR/MAJOR PENALTIES:

· Minor penalty - 2 minutes running clock. For any coincidental minors assessed the teams will remain five on five.

· Major penalty – 5 minutes running clock. Time doesn’t expire if a goal is scored.

· Any player that was thrown out will not be able to sub any remaining games that night.
